Clearing The Decks (To Build Something New)
Good stuff. Helping me wrap my head around my LI strategy a bit better.
Great episode. ❤
You have a narrators voice, would you consider putting your book in an audiobook program in Audible?
Hi Jonathan, I see you've been posting vidoes for a couple years now. I know more people would click on your videos if you had more compelling thumbnails. I am a digital designer that can create custom thumbnails for each video you create. If you're interested, feel free to reach out. :)
Thank you. Also… your audio sounds great!
This was the most transformative minute of my day
Awesome episode ❤
Glad I've found your stuff Jonathan. Already been so helpful! Keep up the good work!
What’s the 5hr work week structure?
Why don't you explain what "Service Design" is?
I don't understand the jargon used here. What's wrong with plain English? Wtf are "verticals", "rails" etc? That and the constant bass sound are probably why the numbers are low.
Stopped at 2:30. Failed to capture the audience
This is VALUE right here.
1) know your customer. 2) what's the most expensive problem for your customer that you can solve? 3) request an introduction with prospective customers/people with clear signs associated with your target demographic. 4) listen about the problem your customer is experiencing. ask why it's a problem. 5) prepare for a proposal. think of symptoms associated with bad practices. are those solutions things people are willing to pay for? who has the most expensive version of that problem? capture all the emotionally-charged language they use.
the habitual won the game in the west. they became - wrong-specification but big-attitude and desensitised to cruelty. quality-of-work from 1 to 10, some employers murder workers at - subsidise the boss - religious
Would you mind doing an example cold call of you speaking with investors?
I’m back here after 4 years for a refresher 😊.
Is there email wherei can contact with you ?
breakthrough moment achieved for me too. Finally found a way to introduce digitial solutions in a way that a 6 year old could understand. Thanks bro
Great conversation.
These coaching calls are amazing
I am a HVAC Designer working in the commercial market and this episode is something I’ve been waiting for for a long time. Thank you both!
Thank you, gentlemen.
Yes and recommend by one to the other.
This channel is such a gem. Thanks Jonathan for making reason and putting words on this topic!
Wonderful
How many potential leads do you think you should have before taking a leap and how much in your savings?
Just watched your video on cold outreach, great stuff Jon! But have to say, since I discovered Mystrika, my email strategies have significantly improved. Trust me, their detailed analytics take your outbound lead gen game to another level!
I am definitely someone who speaks this way. I grew up around people that would absolutely call you on it with statements similar to "want to bet". However, most people will not call you on it, so I had to figure out ways to adapt to the more common culture of people not being willing to have that conversation. I think this nugget of thought would have helped me figure out sooner how to rephrase my certainty for people from different cultures.
'Promo SM' 😑
Great conversation and perspectives.
It’s hard to believe the objections we have to niching down when it’s so obviously the right move. Thanks for sharing Jonathan!
This is so good Jonathan thanks for sharing. You have helped me to understand that niching down allows you to discover novel insights that your target clients have. So it can not be boring.
The clients can depose witnesses, do oral arguments, and deal with the pressures and stress of trying cases and then maybe they'll understand why good lawyers charge what they charge. It doesn't sound like Mr. Stark has taken a case from the beginning to verdict?
Noice
Timely. I've been leading towards this. Thank you.

Thanks! This is really helpful.
This is so simple, effective and refreshing! It feels like confirmation to do business the way I’ve always wanted to do (the very opposite of all the harassment that is typically taught). I’ve been binge watching your content and I’m loving it. Thank you so much. 🙏
Do you have any videos on how to package up consulting services?
He has seminar called "The Pricing Seminar". It covers productizing services. Strongly recommend.
Be outcomes driven. Great advice.
Thank you.
YW!

Thanks for these insights, Jonathan. In our experience, one of the challenges of winning retainers is the quoting process. We built a solution to help with this called Simple Estimate. I recorded a video demo showing how to quote service retainers for clients using Simple Estimate here: ua-cam.com/video/kJxK7a3tlD0/v-deo.html. Best regards!
Thank you for sharing your journey
My name is Greg, im literally here, and searched for this answer.
Thanks for sharing your tips, I'm gonna upgrade my current proposal template. The expiry date is so important!!
Love the thumbnail...and the content!!!
* I hope you are well. I saw your UA-cam channel and understood that there is a very nice video on your channel, and I really enjoyed it. One thing I noticed is that according to your channel, your channel videos are not watched and subscribed. You need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience. Otherwise, if you upload videos to your channel throughout the year, none of your videos will go viral. If your channel is a little optimized and the videos are SEO, your channel will rank very fast and grow. And monetization of your channel will start. Do you want to customize? *
No matter how great your video is, you will get NO views if you have not done the proper SEO & keyword research for your title, description, tags, and more.
